Manuchka: Miami, Florida, United States; This is a JOURNEY that I never thought that I would have taken. I have always hated working out and eating healthy. But I would try every type of "Loose Weight Fast" diet and loose 20-30 pounds, but gain 40-50 pounds back even faster. But one day I became sick and tired of being 'FAT" I made a decision to try it another way for once in my life. This year I turned 29 and weighed 231 pound and that was the very day I started my Weight Lose Journey. Today 3 months later I am 199 pounds thanks to Herbalife and K&D fitness Boot-Camp.
